about

New Horizons is the second EP, from San Francisco based The Invisible People.
Blue Skies opens this stunning four tracker, with its depth defying bass, and off tilted percussive nature, that builds into these haunting vocals and before you know it, you are bathed in the sound. Let the Sun shine takes off where Blue Skies left off, a slide 808 sub dances with Live bass and hypnotic percussive elements and a light airy vocal. Both of these would would be welcome additions to any Sunset drives and deeper dance floors vibes.

Up next comes Feel the Sound, where The Invisible People shows a slight darker, deeper edge. From a simple Kick and pulsing low end, that beckons you in and slowly immerses you in under layers of textural tones and deep harmonics, before unloading into a infectious and deep bass groove and powerful yet subtle vocals asking you to feel the sound. The EP closer, I’m In Deep, gives a nod to the days of Acid House, with its dreamy acid grooves, and its analogue quality. Decidedly deep and Modern yet somehow very familiar.

The Invisible People is a project headed by San Francisco Based music producer An-ten-nae - who over the past decade has produced music under various guises which seen him play well over 100 shows a Year, including Red Rocks, Electric Forest and Global Eclipse. The Invisible People launched at the end of 2017, with the debut EP, Searching for Depth, and quickly made it to #3 on Beatport, and played on Radio shows across Europe. Expect a lot more music from The Invisible People in 2018.

“Nice to hear someone doing something different in this area..”
Neil Barnes (Leftfield)

“Otherworldly music come to life” Billboard

“Dark, undulating bass that is soft around the edges like an 18th century photograph.” Huffington Post
